Today’s woman

Women need the men in their lives to be feminist allies who want to see the women in their lives succeed every bit as much as they want to enjoy their own success. Men should take time to recognize and acknowledge a woman’s strengths and respect her for all that she brings to their relationship. And when it comes to romantic connection, women want the same things men want; they might just want them in a different order.

Today’s women have changed a lot. they have become stronger both emotionally and financially. They look for certain qualities which allow enough room and breathing space to them. When it comes to men’s abilities, women expect men to be more responsible, accountable and approachable.

Women expect from men:

• Availability : Availability doesn’t mean being physically available to a women. It is more about being there for her emotionally when she wants him.

• Responsibility : Men who run away from his responsibilities would always be a turnoff. Those who take up responsibilities and challenges are really the ones that women look for.

• Dependability : When a man is like a pillar of support, he can be dependable. Many women seek a man who is really dependable in all the circumstances. Even a highly independent woman would have moments where she needs a dependable shoulder to lie down on.

• Accountability : Blaming others for your failures is one thing that any woman would hate.
